At FurnaceFilters.ca, we want to ensure your home enjoys the cleanest air possible; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused filters in their original packaging within 30 days.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct warehouse return address.

  Pack Your Filters

  Carefully place the unused filters back into their original shipping box or an equivalent protective carton to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label or use your preferred carrier to send the items back to us, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking number.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
